Pope: Resurrection Is Not A Fantasy, But Easter Sunday Is Myth - Expert

The Resurrection is well-documented in history, but not Easter Sunday - Constantine, a sun worshiper & the Pope blessed Sunday, a mark of Rome's authority, says Dr. Richard Ruhling

“The days of the week were not named in the Bible except for the Sabbath. The day before was called the preparation day, because it was special. Not until Rome changed time laws, foretold in Daniel 7:25, did the days get named after pagan deities, Sabbath being named after Saturn, says Ruhling, http://bit.ly/2ke6TRk

More disruptive was Rome’s calendar change so that months no longer began with a new moon and Sabbath was no longer the 7th day, counting from the new moon as it was in Exodus 16 where the word ‘Sabbath’ is first found in the Bible and the 15th and 22nd were Sabbaths.

Counting the New Moon as the 1st day of each month, 7 days later on the 8th, 15th, 22nd and 29th were Sabbaths, and no where in the Bible can a 7th-day Sabbath be found on any other day.

Jewish Rabbis ignore this because they follow the Talmud, an apocryphal collection rather than the law of Moses that called for no changes, says Ruhling.

The result is that Jews went along with Rome saying the weekly cycle of unending 7’s has always existed, an assertion that is disproven by Sabbath falling on the 15th of two months in a row--on Passover Sabbath, the 15th in Lev 23:11 and in the 2nd month on the 15th and 22nd as shown in Exodus 16.

Doing it as the Bible says, Sabbath of Passover on the 15th and the 7th day Sabbath coincided to make it a “high day,” as seen in John 19:31. They reinforced each other, but now the Jews follow the rabbis’ Talmud, with the 7th day Sabbath unrelated to Passover rather than Moses’ torah they claim to respect.

In this, Jews honor the pope who claims authority from God to make the changes, but God said, “I change not” (Mal 3:6) and Moses said not to change anything, Deut 4:2.

Evangelical Christians believe they worship on “the Lord’s day,” a phrase found only once in the King James Bible, but nothing identifies “the Lord’s day” as Sunday. To the contrary, Christ said He was Lord of the Sabbath in Mark 2:28.

“Sunday” in not found in the Bible. “First day” is found eight times in the New Testament. Six have to do with the resurrection. “First day is found once in Acts where Paul preached till midnight and was leaving—nothing to show that God’s commands throughout Scripture changed. Acts has NINE references to Sabbath, three to “every Sabbath,” Acts 13:27; 15:21; 18:4.

500 years ago, Luther nailed 95 theses to the church door. The watchword of the reformation was sola Scriptura—Bible only. What a disarray ‘Protestants’ are in with so much manmade religion, says Ruhling, seeing an impending need to honor God rather than papal tradition.

Ruhling says God executed judgment on Egypt and took Israel to a covenant marriage, saying “I am married to you,” Jer 3:14. That’s what the wedding parables are about, not a rapture and Ruhling thinks Christ’s clues, “as the days of Noah” or “like a man traveling to a far country,” point to mid-May for calamity.
